Holly E. Mullin

Holly founded Breathe Detox in 2008. She has been actively involved in Holistic Therapies and Alternative Lifestyle since 1995. With her background in body therapies, she has a deep knowledge of the connection between body, heart, mind & spirit. In particular, Holly uses the power of Kinesiology/muscle testing for direct communication with the unconscious mind for optimum results. She facilitates a space of simple yet profound understanding and discovery to enhance your personal journey.


Claire Richards

Claire is our Nutritional Therapist. She originally trained as an Occupational Therapist, but was soon drawn to Alternative Health and found that she wanted to work more holistically. She took further training and has now been practicing Holistic Therapies for over ten years. She is especially passionate about detoxification and fasts regularly herself. In Claire’s one-to-one sessions she gives clients valuable, practical advice about how they can step-up their nutrition when they return home, teaching them how to bring detox into their day-to-day lives.


Fran Allen

Fran owns and runs DerektheDog Yoga Studio and teaches a wide range of classes including Ashtanga Vinyasa, gentle, Tibetan and pregnancy Yoga. In 1990 she moved to Asia where she was to spend the next thirteen years living and travelling extensively. Fran received direct one-to-one instruction in the Yogic tradition of direct oral transmission from Guru to disciple. She received teachings in this way directly from three Yoga masters. Fran’s unique classes are informed and influenced by her wealth of direct knowledge and experience, by the teachings of Patanjali, Krishnamacharya and Ashtanga Vinyasa. She is also a certified British Wheel of Yoga teacher.


Heather Mullin

Heather has been practicing massage for more than 10 years, and has worked on juice fasting retreats, helping people to go through deep, often life changing detoxification processes, for the past 5 years. She works deeply and intuitively, encouraging your body to let go of what it is holding onto in order to welcome in new and more vibrant life, enabling the detox to go deeper and leaving you more relaxed and receptive.
