You will begin your retreat with a Kinesiology session with Holly. We will look at food intolerance testing, your relationship with food and balance your system ready for your best next step. You then have the opportunity to follow up choosing a consultation with our Nutritional Therapist, Claire, who offers you a chance to look at your existing level of health and ways to substitute and supplement your diet towards one of moderation and balance. If your preference, however, is towards creating more overall balance within your life Katheryn, our life coach, is available for a one to one session.
